1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended by a day or two.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.

We ship Australia-wide via trusted carriers.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned!

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your order status using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

 

5. Delays & Disruptions

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, carrier delays, customs). We’ll do our best to keep you updated in such cases.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
