Refund Policy – Clad Core

At Clad Core, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-cut, special order, or modified panels.
  • Panels damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use.
  • Opened adhesive products or accessories (unless faulty).

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@cladcore.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, return the item to the address provided.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Inspection and Refund

  • All returns will be inspected upon receipt.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
