At Clad Core, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-cut, special order, or modified panels.
- Panels damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use.
- Opened adhesive products or accessories (unless faulty).
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@cladcore.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, return the item to the address provided.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Inspection and Refund
- All returns will be inspected upon receipt.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
